Dr. Caramanica holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and an MS in Labor Relations. With over 15 years of experience in the corporate coaching community, he has built strong relationships with clients across various industries. His extensive background continues to inform his approach and support his professional growth.
Current Practice:
Dr. Roger Caramanica is currently completing his residency with Bergvik Counseling Services, working alongside Tom Bergvik. He is pursuing an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to achieve full licensure within the state, while also fulfilling his formal resident hour requirements.
